Dear Nicoll
Anod. (5)
I enclose for information a copy
a letter which Paskin has received from Grantham, from which you will see that he suggests that the proposed Boonomic and Social Survey of the New Territories should be discussed with yourself and Barrow when he arrives on leave.
I understand that Barrow has now arrive on leave, and that you yourself will probably be coming down to London sometime after the 3rd April. I am writing to Barrow and suggesting to hẳn that if he should be in London sometins after that date perhaps you and he could come and discuss this with Surridge.
Yours sincerely,
(Sad) H. P. Hall
